Is your computer on the fritz? Not sure exactly what's wrong?
With this service we'll perform a basic system examination and advise you on the best course of action based on your specific needs, budget, and time constraints.   

 

 

PC Cleaning & Tune-up $89.99

Is your PC clogged up and bogged down with clutter? If so, then we'll give it some well-needed TLC with this service which includes thorough diagnostics, disk clean-up and defragmentation, and performance optimizations.  

 

 

Virus/Spyware Removal & Repair $119.99

Is your PC running slowly? Getting lots of pop-ups? Programs not responding or freezing-up? Your computer may be infected with viruses or spyware. We will eradicate all traces of such nasties and repair any damage to your operating system it may have caused.  

 

 

Windows Installation / System Refresh $129.99

Want to start over with a clean slate? Or maybe you want to upgrade your old Windows? With this service we'll install Windows on a single PC or perform a complete system refresh, giving you a pseudo-new system! 
Windows software not included.  

 

 

Hardware Upgrade $39.99+

Need more memory to speed up your old PC? Or maybe you need more space for your growing portfolio of digital music and photos? We install the latest hardware including memory, hard drives, CD & DVD drives, video cards, etc. Hardware not included.  

 

 

Wireless Network Setup $149.99

Want to surf the web from the backyard? Or just want to share your cable/DSL connection among multiple PC's? We will install and secure a wireless network in your home and connect up to two computers and a printer. Additional devices can be networked for $39 each. Hardware not included.  

 

 

Standard PC Setup & Configuration $99.99

We'll unpack and set up your new (or relocated) computer and connect up to 2 peripherals (printer, scanner, camera, PDA, etc). We'll also download all critical Windows updates and install up to 2 additional programs of your choice.  

 

 

Premium PC Setup & Configuration $129.99

Includes everything from our Standard PC Setup service PLUS we'll hook up your existing Internet connection, set up your email account, remove any pre-installed "clutter", optimize system performance, and install and configure Internet security software (software sold separately).  

 

 

Data Transfer $99.99

We'll move up to 9 GB of your files (taxes, documents, photos, music, etc) from an old computer to a new one, safely and securely. 
Each additional 9 GB of data is $29.  

 

 

Data Backup  $59.99+

We'll backup up to 9 GB of your important files (taxes, documents, photos, music, etc) to CD/DVD or external hard drive. 
Each additional 9 GB of data is $29.  

 

 

Data Recovery  $119.99+

We'll attempt to recover up to 9 GB of your files (photos, documents, taxes, etc) from a crashed hard drive or unbootable PC. 
Each additional 9 GB of data is $29.  

 

 

Software Installation $29.99

We will install your software program and configure it to best fit your needs.

Home/Home Office (Hourly Rate Services)

Some services do not fit neatly into any "flat-rate" pricing category. For these "pay as you go" services, we have a 1-hour minimum of $79 and charge $39 per half hour after the first.

 

 

Preventative Maintenance Service Plan

Your computer is like your car in that it is a mechanical device and is prone to breaking down when you least expect it! However, with regular preventative maintenance your PC will perform more efficiently, more reliably, and last longer. 

Our Preventative Maintenance Service Plan provides regularly scheduled visits in order to keep your PC running in top shape and to detect imminent hardware failure before it strikes.

Maintenance service plan includes periodic:

· Clean-up & tune-up

· Security assessment

· Installation of critical patches and updates

· Virus and spyware scan and removal

· Hardware check-up

· Dust and debris removal
